Common questions.
Can we move our existing staff records in?
Yes. Send us what you hold, in whatever form it is in, and we load it before you start. Reviewing the data is part of setting the system up.
What happens if we add teelsa rota later?
Nothing is re-entered. The records you already hold gain scheduling and timesheets, and the bill moves to the combined price.
Is there a minimum term?
Monthly runs month to month. Annual is paid for the year and works out at two months free.
Who can see what?
Roles decide it. Managers see their own people, administrators see the organisation, staff see themselves.
Where is our data held?
On infrastructure we provision and run in the UK, backed up daily. The data is yours and leaves with you if you go.
Do you charge to set it up?
Setup and data loading are quoted once we know what you are bringing across. There is no per-seat charge either way.
