Do we need an HR system to use it?
No. Add your staff with the details scheduling needs and rota is working. Records grow as you go.
How do staff clock in?
On their own device, with location recorded at the moment they clock in. Where that doesn't fit the work, hours can be logged by hand.
What happens if we add teelsa hub later?
Nothing is re-entered. The staff you already hold become full profiles, and the bill moves to the combined price.
Is there a minimum term?
Monthly runs month to month. Annual is paid for the year and works out at two months free.
Can staff pick up shifts themselves?
Yes. Open a shift for interest and eligible staff can claim it; you confirm who gets it.
Where is our data held?
On infrastructure we provision and run in the UK, backed up daily. The data is yours and leaves with you if you go.
