What we collect
This site collects personal information in one place: the enquiry and demo request forms. Depending on the form, that is your name, email address, organisation, approximate staff count, and your message.
We collect nothing else. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and makes no requests to third-party services. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own infrastructure.
How we use it
Form submissions are delivered by email to our own mail server, which we run on our own infrastructure in the EU (Hetzner, Germany). We use what you send us to respond to your enquiry: that is the only purpose. The lawful basis is legitimate interest, since you have asked us to get in touch.
When we reply, outbound email may be delivered through Brevo, our email delivery provider, which processes your email address and the content of our reply for that purpose.
What the server records
Like almost every web server, ours keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses. These are used for security and are kept for a limited period. The forms also hold submitting IP addresses briefly, for no more than an hour, to limit automated abuse.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and maintain ordinary business records. If you would like your information deleted, ask and we will do it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Write to hello@teelsa.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
