How an engagement runs

Requirements are gathered and written down before anything is built. The specification is the shared reference for scope, cost and delivery.

Cost and timeline are stated against the specification before work begins. Changes are discussed and priced, not absorbed silently.

Work is delivered in increments and verified in production at each step.

Monitoring, patching, backups and upgrades continue after delivery, with reporting in plain language.

Common questions

Who owns the software?

You do. Code and deliverables belong to the client on payment.

Can you take over an existing system?

Yes. We review the system, document its state, and take responsibility for it in stages.

How do engagements start?

With a written specification. Tell us what you need; scoping the work is where we begin.

Where are you based?

Teelsa Ltd is registered in England and Wales. Work is remote, with clients anywhere.
